Pune, January 01 The Bundgarden police have arrested three persons claiming to be agents of the Central Bureau of Investigation for allegedly threatening to kill a private security officer Divik Nanak Sharma (24) after the New Year bash at Koregaon Park. The incident took place around 4 am of Tuesday in front of the Koregaon Park police chowky. Sharma has lodged a police complaint in this case.

The accused were identified as Susheelkumar Singh (45), Arvindkumar Janaksingh (26), both residents of Meera Society in Koregaon Park and Rajkumar Pande (32) of Sanaswadi on Alandi Phata. Interestingly, threesome were also reported to be employees of a private security firm.

Police sub-inspector M B Suryawanshi, who is the investigating officer, said that the Sharma was coming back on a motorcycle after checking the security at Gold Adlabs theatre. Suddenly, trio, also riding motorcycles blocked his path infront of the police chowky and started a quarrel for no reasons, the police said.

"The policemen at the chowky arrested the three persons for threatening Sharma. The trio claimed that they were CBI agents," Suryawanshi said.
