46 students from district make it to the merit list

Ludhiana, June 01 Sunday turned into a fun day for students of the BCM School as 15 of its students successfully registered their names in the state merit list. They bagged the first six positions in a row.

These stars include Shilpi, Anu Sharma, Shelly Vyas, Shikha, Navpreet and Manjeeta Vohra. Ritu Bala (9th position), Kirandeep Kaur (9th), Yasmeen (11th), Sonia Sharma (14), Kanika Malhotra (15th), Jaswinder Kaur (19th), Rink Verma (27th), Tarandeep Kaur (41st) and Mamta Saini (68th) of the same school too managed to get good positions in the state merit list.

BCM School principal M R Mehta said, “Since the inception of the school 13 years ago, the school has had good results every year. This year, however, the students have broken all previous records.”

R S Model Senior Secondary School, Shastri Nagar, has 13 students in the state merit list. The students are Anu Dua (8th), Mridula (13th), Megha Marwaha (17th), Madhavi Arora (18th), Neha Chopra (23rd), Pallavi Kaura (24th), Amarpreet Sharma (34th), Swapandeep Kaur (37th), Neha Kapoor (48th), Amit Pal (57th), Harpreet Kaur (61st), Vishal Sharma (62nd) and Sarita Kumari (105th).

Two students from Bhartiya Vidya Mandir School - Sakshi Dey (36th) and Divya (51st) bagged meritorious positions in the state. Swami Roop Chand Jain School in Jagraon had four students namely Deepak Nauria (99th), Teena Gupta (66th), Priyanka Gupta (49th) and Mohit Verma (28th).

From GHG Khalsa Senior Secondary School, Mandi Badurgarh, two students Ramandeep Kaur (25th) and Harpreet Singh (75th) got state ranks.

Jagriti (42nd) from Teja Singh Swatantar Memorial Senior Secondary School , Harpreet Kaur (88th) from Guru Harkrishan Public School, Daba Road, Tanvi (83rd) from Anand Isher School Chhapar, Jagjit Kaur (80th) from Everest Model School Moti Nagar, Harpreet Kaur (78th) from Mata Harday School in Machhiwara and Jasbir Kaur (67th) from Government Girls’ School in Swaddin Kalam, Shilpa (46th) from B N Government School in Raikot, Surinder Kaur (45th)from Spring Dale School Khanna Khurd, Manik (44th) from Government Model School PAU, Navjot Kaur from Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School Miller Ganj too managed to get good positions in the state results.
