New Delhi BOLLYWOOD BIGGIE
Bollywood masala returns again on Friday with the release of Kambakht Ishq. Starring Akshay and Kareena, the movie tells the story of an Indian stuntman who takes Hollywood by storm but cannot find true love. There’s Hollywood thrown in for good measure too, with Sylvester Stallone, Brandon Routh and Denise Richards in cameo roles.

MANGO MAGIC
On Friday, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit will inaugurate the 21st Mango Festival at the Dilli Haat in Pitampura. The three-day festival will trump up the case in defence of the mango’s position as the king of fruits.

REMEMBERING A MAESTRO
Luminaries from the music world will gather at the IIC auditorium to remember Ustad Ali Akbar Khan. Join Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma, Birju Maharaj and others at 6.30 pm on Friday to honour the memory of one of classical music’s most distinguished exponents.

WIMBLEDON
A potentially firecracker weekend could light up Wimbledon. The Williams sisters, if things go as expected, could face up against each other in the women’s singles final. On Sunday, British heartthrob Andy Murray could face Roger Federer in a bid to become the first British man since Fred Perry in 1936 to win Wimbledon.

ELEVATE THRILLER
As the Jackson saga rolls on, Elevate dedicates its weekend to the King of Pop. On July 3 and 4, expect Jackson memorabilia and posters to be all over the place as Black Or White reverberates all around.
