Amritsar Rural SP (H) Dilbagh Singh said the police, on a tip-off, laid a trap at Rayya on Amritsar-Jalandhar GT Road, where the duo was waiting for a bus. When asked about their credentials, they tried to run away, but were nabbed.
"We have registered a case under various sections of the NDPS Act and further investigation about the source and destination of the heroin is on," said the SP, adding that while Belleth is doing a computer course in Mohali, Ugo is on a visitor's visa to India.
