The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), the student wing of BJP, has decided to launch an agitation against the infiltration of Bangladeshi immigrants, said Rabi Ranjan Sen, President of West Bengal ABVP, in Kolkata today.
