While no words are adequate to condemn the serial blasts in Jaipur, the terrorists have proved their point yet again that they can strike at their will, anywhere in the country. It is high time the government comes out with a white paper to contain the situation and to liquidate all organisations associated directly or indirectly with the terrorists, within a reasonable time frame.
