Actress Lisa Ray readies to tie the knot

New Delhi Indo-Canadian actress Lisa Ray is engaged to boyfriend Jason Dehni after he proposed to her on a recent vacation in Napa Valley.

A delighted Lisa let the world know via twitter, writing, "Just returned from the glorious Napa Valley - the gourmand's and wine-lovers' paradise- with a DELICIOUS announcement. Stay tuned...

"'Delicious update': ENGAGED to the love of my life. Jason Dehni proposed in Napa. #happiestdayever (sic)," she added.

The 39-year-old actress, best known for her work in the Oscar-nominated 'Water' and Bollywood film 'Kasoor', also posted a picture of herself with Jason.

Her fiance also tweeted, "Went to Napa Valley, God's country, looking for my angel @Lisaraniray. Found her and brought her back an engaged woman."

Lisa, born to a Bengali father and a Polish mother, has had a successful battle with cancer after she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2009. She announced she was cancer-free in 2010 after a stem cell transplant.
