London Bollywood star Anil Kapoor has revealed that even he feels that his ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ co-stars Freida Pinto, 24, and Dev Patel, 18, are dating off-screen.

Rumours about Freida and Dev have been spreading ever since it was reported last month that the ex-model had dumped her fiance Rohan Antao.

Kapoor’s comment on the speculation came when he appeared on a US radio station.

“I think this is the beginning of something exciting. They definitely make a great pair and look very good together,” the ‘Sun’ quoted him as saying.

Referring to a “magical chemistry” between the two young stars, presenter Ryan Seacrest asked Kapoor: “Dev and Freida...is there any action going on behind the scene there?”

The actor, who who stars as the game show host facing Dev’s character in Slumdog, replied: “As a matter of fact, when I meet them I feel there is something happening. But she says, ‘I have to look after him’ and ‘I have to babysit him’ and that kind of stuff.”
