49-year old bearded Talwar came out of Dasana jail after his relatives completed the formalities of providing surety for the bail given by a Ghaziabad court, to a careful reunion with his wife Nupur Talwar, also a doctor, and brother, Dinesh Talwar, and other relatives.

After a quite hug with his wife and his relatives in the full glare of television cameras under huge throng mobbing them, Rajesh Talwar said: "Finally truth has come out. I will talk later on."

Talwar was arrested on May 23, a week after his daughter and his domestic help, Hemraj, were found murdered at his home, on suspicion of his involvement in the killings.

The Noida police cooked up charges on the basis of interrogation of some people and immediately thereafter the media also spurned various stories of Talwar's alleged affairs with another woman doctor and that his daughter had come to know of it and quarrelled with her father over the matter.

The CBI told the designated court on Friday that they had no evidence to link Talwar to the two murders, after which the court granted bail to him.

Rajesh's plea to media

Dr Rajesh Talwar said the family's stand "has now been vindicated.I was in a lot of grief. I thank God and the CBI as what my family has been saying all along now stands vindicated," a tired looking Talwar told reporters.

Entering the house of his father-in-law in Sector 25 in Noida after visiting the Sai Baba temple nearby, he pleaded with the intrusive media to leave the family alone.

"Please allow us to be among ourselves as we want to grief about our daughter," an emotional Talwar said.

Talwar's wife too pleaded with media-hounds to leave them alone. "This is a time of pain and suffering for us. We request all of you to leave us alone," she said.

Asked whether the family was contemplating any action against the Noida Police which accused him of murdering his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, Talwar said "nothing is going in my mind. This entire episode is the biggest grief of my life. Allow me to share the grief with my family because for the last 50 days, we have not been together."

Though the couple looked worn out, they seemed very much comfortable in each other's company and held their hands together.

Dinesh Talwar, brother of the noted dental surgeon, said the family lived on faith and exhibited immense patience since the day his brother was arrested.
