Chhindwara (MP), August 5: Rituraj Dixit, the Class IX student of the Asaram Bapu Ashram-run school here who allegedly killed two of his hotel mates, was on Monday sent to Juvenile Court in the neighbouring Narsinghpur district.

A woman Sub-Inspector, an Assistant Sub-Inspector and two Constables from Chhindwara accompanied Dixit to Narsinghpur, police sources said.

However, Chhindwara District Bar Associan has submitted a memorandum to the Collector seeking a CBI probe in the deaths reported last month.

Claiming to have solved the double murder in the Ashram , police said Dixit (14) had killed Ram Krishna Yadav and Vedant Manmodhe in the hostel's bathroom.

Inspector Genaral M R Krishna told reporters Dixit has confessed to the killings which had triggered protests here.

While Yadav was killed on July 29, Vedant was found murdered on July 31 by Dixit, who after calling the minors to the toilet on pretext of giving chocolates, took their lives by gagging them," he said.

The post-mortem reports had said he killed the two by adopting the same method, the IG said.

Dixit took admission this year and his two younger brothers were also studying in the same school.
