Body of CPM member found in Bankura

Kolkata, February 16 A red alert has been sounded in Purulia and Bankura districts after the body of a CPM cadre member was found in Bankura’s Barikul area on Friday night. The deceased was a resident of Banspahari in West Midnapore, police said. Police stations in West Midnapore district have been alerted and a combing operation has been started in the Maoist-hit areas of Purulia, said A K Prasad, SP Purulia.
