Though everyone's rushing to make a remake, Siddique, the director of the Blockbuster hit 'Bodyguard', has no plans of attempting a remake next. “My next film boasts of a fresh subject,” he said.

In fact, Siddique had signed his next Hindi film much before 'Bodyguard' hit the screens last year.

“It will be produced by Shyam Bajaj and Narendra Bajaj,” he said.

“We have locked the script. The casting should be finalized this week,” he added.

Post 'Bodyguard', Siddique was flooded with film offers.

“I have decided to put on hold the Tamil and Malayalam assignments that I was planning to make after 'Bodyguard'. Everyone feels I need to follow up with a Hindi film, after delivering a Blockbuster hit. Else, people tend to forget your achievements if there's a long gap,” he said.

Will his new film star Salman Khan yet again? “I would love to work with him again and again and again. But he's too committed for the next few years. I would love to make another film with Salman, if the opportunity arises,” said the director.
