Mumbai She is not donning a bikini in 'Players' but her recent act of flipping the middle finger has left many flummoxed, however, for actress Sonam Kapoor, being bold does not mean stripping but to ‘stand out from the rest’ and make the right noises about it!

“In my personal life, I have always been bold from the clothes I wear to how I talk. For me boldness does not necessarily mean stripping. I think people have wrong notion about boldness. For me, bold is being different. I dress differently and so people have started talking about it. I have also been bold with my choice of characters,” said Sonam in an interview ahead of the Friday release of action thriller 'Players', which is an official remake of Hollywood crime thriller 'Italian Job'.

Sonam essays the character of a hacker sharing the screen space with Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Sikander Kher, Omi Vaidya and Bobby Deol.

On her not donning a bikini in 'Players' wherein dusky Bipasha is seen strutting the stuff in a red two-piece, Sonam said she looks ‘hot’ even without putting on the sensuous ensemble.

“Bipasha is already wearing a bikini in the film so I don't think it was necessary for me to do the same. I don't have the body for it. I don't look like Bipasha or Deepika Padukone or Anushka Sharma. I am not thin. I have a big bum, big arms, I have cellulite,” said Sonam.

I have lost a lot of weight but I don't want to portray that as of now. I think I can look hot even without wearing a bikini. When I feel I need to work harder to acquire the perfect shape for a bikini I shall do so. As of now I don't have patience and I want to maintain healthy eating and normal lifestyle," she said.

There was a time when Sonam Kapoor weighed 90 kg but the lass worked hard to get into shape.

When asked if she had any inhibitions about being fastidious on the celluloid, she said, “some people work hard on their body, become size zero to wear a bikini, on the other hand, we have the example of Vidya Balan who is looking so hot despite putting on weight. She has done it to be in character, not because she wants to look glamorous.”

“I think a person can look hot and amazing wearing normal clothes. I have got an incredible response for my look in 'Players' even though I am not donning any revealing clothes,” the 26-year-old actress who earned commercial success for her role in 'I Hate Luv Storys' said.

Sonam Kapoor is said to have exceptionally classy sense of fashion in tinsel town.

Her stylish avatar in 'Players' has been designed by her producer and sister Rhea and is being appreciated.
