Los Angeles Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt has reportedly urged that 'Inglourious Basterds' should be made into a prequel as he and other cast members want to team up with Quentin Tarantino again.

After experiencing the glory of 'Inglourious Basterds" in box office chart, Pitt's co-star Eli Roth said that he the star has been said desperate to work on another installment of the drama action movie, E! online reported.

"All the time, Brad says, 'Prequel, prequel!' All the basterds would jump on it in a second," Roth said.

Dishing on the reason why Pitt wants to be involved in another 'Inglourious Basterds' project, Roth said, "Everybody would drop whatever they're doing to go back to work with Quentin [Tarantino]."

Moreover, Roth informed that there are already materials which can be used as part of the possible prequel of the World War II drama.

"We have three scenes that we shot in Boston that take place before the war, and Quentin says if he does the prequel, he's going to use them. They're not going to be DVD extras," Roth said.

However, the prequel has not been confirmed yet as it has to wait for a green light from Tarantino.

"He has most of it written, so now it's just a matter of figuring the whole thing out. Quentin's standards are so high that he won't do it unless he feels like he can do it better than the first one," Roth said.
