Why you people are so surprised about Police and CBI actions. In India, police or CBI arrests culprits to set them free legally. So that, those people with criminal minds can contest and become MPs and MLAs. GOD BLESS INDIA

Arushi by Vinaya on 05 Jul 2008

Of course Nupur Talwar would be very happy with CBI. The CBI is just putting an act of trying to solve the case so that this case goes into the background in the public/media eye. The next stage for them would be to allow bail for Dr Rajesh Talwar to happen who will make a lot of noises about being innocent, being tortured etc to the media along with Nupur Talwar (who has become expert in managing the media by now). Gradually everything would be forgotten. Can the CBI explain why no Narco analysis/brain mapping tests has been done on Rajesh Talwar till now (These were done on Rajkumar and Krishna within 48 hours of their arrest). I do not know how much money is being paid to the CBI by the Talwars and the Durranis.

Vinaya by XYZ on 09 Jul 2008

Vinaya, seems to know ins and outs of CBI,Nitihari, and Dr. Rajesh Talwar.He/ She comes across as a real evil-minded negative person. I wonder what this person does for living and how would he /she be with his colleagues, family and friends. I don't say that CBI is a saint, but, at the same time it is absoultely shameful and outrageous to charge a respectful, duty-bound educated parent with the murder of his only daughter without any motive or evidence and finally when the signs of the real criminals being booked are showing, CBI is being accused of letting off an innocent parent for money. What a shame. Looks like Vinaya comes from a background of haterd and neglect. I wonder if he /she has ever raise a child. No-one in the worst nightmare even can harm a child, forget about killing.

Hatred from XYZ by Vinaya on 13 Jul 2008

Mr XYZ, First of all whenever you write on these forums please use your name like most civilised people do. Your character gets exposed when you are forced to hide behind "XYZ" as u have done. Secondly, use your brains to counter arguments with arguments rather than throwing up so much bile like "hatred, neglect". Again your character gets exposed. I would like to once again reiterate the points that I raised:a) Why no Narco analysis was done on Rajesh Talwar b) Rajesh Talwar has been released on bail but not been absolved of his crime by the CBIc) The police theory of Krishna, rajkumar being murderers is riddled with holes.

Don't be so judgemental! Narco analysis is not an ordinary diagnostic test, it has serious side effects and can be dangerous for BP, Diabetes and asthmatic patients. People who are administered narco drugs may slip in to coma or even die. These other boys are young and so no problem, whereas Talwar is old and has diseases.

Arushi by Vinaya on 06 Jul 2008

Oh really. You are talking as if you are the personal physician of Dr Rajesh Talwar. I did not come across any body having died or become seriously ill from the thousands of narco analysis tests done all over the world. Incidentally, Mohinder Singh Pandher (Nithari case) was subjected to the narco test last year who was at least 10 years older to Dr Talwar and had far serious BP and diabetic issues than Dr Talwar. You need to find out a better excuse to help Dr Talwar avoid the Narco test.
