It is a very sad to know about this incident. It just reminds me of the animalistic side that all we humans possess. what can we do about it !! has situation gone so way over board thst we cant control ourselves?? i dont know where this world is heading to ?? there is a serious need of retrospecting our humanistic side . just because someone hurt me should i do the same?? People lets try no matter what to be the good that is in us all.
First there were those 'educated youths' and their 'public spirited activities' from AZAMGARH. And now we have these 'humble, hard working workers' from Noida! I guess all those who harshly criticized Rajj Thakerayji for his 'stridency and 'intolerance'', must be having second thoughts now!i
This is a clear sign of Disparity and Discrimination in the Society. The criminal mindset prevails in everyone, but when we are in a mob we get violent and destructive. This is the clear failure of the system which we ourselves turned docile and non efficient by bribing and finding loop holes. so we ourselves are to be blamed
Trade Unions destroyed industry in West Bengal and Kerala by adopting such violent methods.
It is beyond belief that such cowardly attack by a frenzied mob could cost the life of a CEO of a company!! It would not be sending any positive message for any foreign investments. The felons need to be apprehended without delay and prosecuted without mercy!
Unless our Union goons understand that they have not only rights but also obligations and unless they can control their members, these things will happen. The direct perpetrators as well persons responsible for this (the union goons) should be brought to book.
It is a surprise that many people are asking for stern punishment against workers. Workers took action for some reason. What about the Uphar Cinema owners... and others so called rich.. poor can not buy law leave alone logic
While Congress , commi,BSP,RJD, Jaya,Malu,Kriminal Nidhi ,et al are fighting cast war for votebank politics, BJP laid solid foundation for economy through computers revolution. At least educated are getting jobs.UPA,Commi,BSP,et al, came to power. Now we are losing the economy. Now we lose jobs. Eplode with castism for vote bank politics. HELLO: Just vote for Modism and BJP. Let our children are not deprived of jobs and culture. Hello Muslims: You do not need all these things except Koran. Please leave us and do not disturb us. We need jobs and culture.
This is just the beginning. India is becoming ungovernable with law
Murdering CEOs in the name of workers' rights is not going to generate employment. They have to be treated as the murderers that they are.
More such incidents are bound to happen. Common workers have lost faith on the system. Due to age old practice by businessmen and industrialists to use intimidation, force and collusion with govt officials, police, criminals, politicians they cheat workers; give false, fabricated financial data while filing tax and deciding the salary and benefits of common workers. Many industrialists hardly care about the safety, security and physical well being of its workers while in duty. They are forced to work in dangerous situations. Such practices are more prevalent in places like places like Delhi, Noida etc (in North India mainly). Now it’s pay back time. Unless businessmen/industrialists learn to share profits and give due credit (in form of financial remuneration and recognition) on transparent basis, more such incidents are bound to happen in future.
But does not justify killing. Though the intention might not have been to kill but teach the CEO a lesson which might have then culminated intoa messy situation.
Bharaiya need to cultivate Spirituality. People are deviating from spirituality and becoming lustful and greedy. Lust, greed and anger are the three gates of Naraka, Hell, as declared in the Bhagavad Gita. Please read Bhagavad Gita and practice it, you will leave a healty and balance life.
All those responsible for this should be given nothing less than life imprisonment. Probably the law doesn't allow that but the maximum possible punishment ought to be given. This kind of mob mentality should be sternly dealt with so that individuals know that they can't hide behind the identity of a mob.
This is a shame. Employees and people should realize that CEO most of the time also work for someone. CEO has tremondous pressure in keeping balance between Owners, Employees and the survival
This is very shameful for Administration, Police and Indian Industry. . A life time punishment for taking a LIFE is a must. People should realize that CEO works for someone and has tremendous pressure both from business environment, owners, shareholders and CEO also has to take care of other greater interest of business (which is larger no of employees' interst). All the CEO's must demonstrate a solidarity and strong action as well as financial security for the deceased CEO family.
Not a good insidence for employee as well as Company
Just jungle law seems to prevail. For this state of affairs the politicians should take the full responsibility.
