Hallucination is an abnormal perception and not a thought or a belief. This ignorant congressman probably meant 'paranoid delusion'. Paranoia of an insignificant individual does not get published in a think tank journal without similar thoughts among intelligentsia and party circles which control national policy. Actively aiding hostile neighbors, encircling rivals with deep water ports, nuclear sub marine and tactical air force bases, dumping toxins, inferior goods, inferior medicines, using illegal labels, insurgency by separatists, infiltration, subversion, printing counterfeit currency, free trades, bird flue, swine flue, etc are strategic warfare. This article is intended to sow seeds of disunity and to gauge the reaction among separatists, Communists, Maoists, secularists and politicians who have clout in the regional caste based politics,. Chinese intelligentsia is deeply aware that if Hindu religion, which is the only unifying force in India is destroyed, it is easy to disintegrate India. The secular policies and other programs of the Congress party and its UPA allies will achieve exactly that outcome.

I think, instead of defending and giving irrational statements, the congress party and its government should address all the vulnerabilities in the "INTERNAL SECURITY" first, which is clearly highlighted in the Chinese statements. I do not understand what is wrong with the idea of spliting india. It will only develop infrastructure and reduce corruption, states will rely on their own economy rather than being a liability on other states. The army which demands money in no different than extorsion. But most people are brain washed by the government in the name of patriotism.

China and its think tanks should worry more about social unrest in their provinces like Tibet, Xinjiang(urumqi).
