New Delhi The ruling Congress party said on Tuesday in its election manifesto that it would introduce measures to ensure that economic growth is maintained and protect farmers from the impact of a global slowdown.

When will manifestos benefit the common man by Dhananjay on 24 Mar 2009

These manifestos seem to always talk about Farmers. How about doing someting for the middle class which always seem to be in the middle of all problems. We pay the highest taxes collectively yet get the least benefits. Its time we stopped thinking of farmers only. for the past 40 yrs we have only thought of them and no one else
