To a poser on whether Anna Hazare would now not campaign against the ruling party in the upcoming Assembly polls owing to his poor health, Jaiswal said: “Team Anna can do it (campaign against Congress). Why don't they do it?”
Former senior police officer and civil society activist Kiran Bedi had earlier on Thursday said veteran social activist Anna Hazare would not campaign due to poor health.
“I have messages from Anna to the Core Committee, I will be placing those matters before the core group which is meeting on Saturday. We will decide our further course of action on there. But Anna is not going to campaign in the coming states, Anna is not going to travel, which we have urged him, he cannot, nor are doctors allowing him,” Bedi told the media in Pune.
“Doctors are not allowing him any more fasts and exposure through travel at the moment,” she added.
Anna Hazare, who called off his three-day token fast for a strong Lokpal Bill in Mumbai last month, had threatened the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government that he would campaign against the latter in five poll-bound states for not brining a strong and an effective anti-graft bill.
Anna Hazare was forced to cut short his hunger strike after a team of specialists advised him to start eating again on the second day of his fast, citing low blood pressure, weakness and threat to his kidneys.
Sriprakash Jaiswal also took a jibe at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for inducting tainted Uttar Pradesh Minister Babu Singh Kushwaha in its fold.
“Those who talk about character, should check their sins. Now you might have realised, who is where," he told the media here.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had earlier on Wednesday raided Kushwaha's residence for his alleged involvement in swindling funds allocated to the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), a central government health scheme for the rural population.
The investigating agency also conducted raids at over 60 other locations in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Delhi.
Kushwaha, who was earlier sacked from the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), has been named as an accused with 50 others including government officials in FIRs registered against the NRHM officials and private companies. They have been charged with criminal misconduct and abuse of office.

Whichever party & /or political leaders have voted against Lokpal bill in LS & RS, people of all the states(not just 5) must show them their real place by defeating them. This is applicable to all parties & not just any single.
If Anna and his learned IPS and IAS lot have any principles , they can contest thse elections on their own putting LokPal as the main objective and show to the nation that People want it. Or alternatively support BJP openly and make a joint commitment to the people on a single draft LokPal agreeable to both Anna and Thamma ( BJP) and show to the country ,yes Congrees is the Currupt and rest is Clean. Clandestinly supporting BJP by negetively canvasing against Congress is cowerdish to say the least.This kind of clandstine activities are worse than corruption , can be called as political and social corription.May be wisdom might have prevailed on the old man very late.Better late than never.
CBI should do a coo with the current MPs & ministers rather than go after the targets the UPA give them. We have a world of cowards and spineless within India.
In any case Congress will not win UP elections. There is no point in canvassing against Congress in UP

Mr.Kushawaha was okay as far he was with Maya (whatever he did is pardonable because of his association with BSP) but when he joined BJP he has turned a Ravana. But the Congress forgets how many skeltons are there in their cupboard (but for their protective cover) would be in Tihar jail. On the same yardstick how their HM whose has been named in SC trial of 2G be sacrosanct? Let this Jaiswal count the names of those who have stashed Black money with the help of UPA very shortly when the election results of the five states will show them the door.
Shri Anna is one of the Saint who made history as he fought crusade against corruption and he may be remembered in Indian history.Now the Congress Laader is too much proudy as they are abusing him continuisly and their pride goes after the verdict in UP.So please wait for the debacle.
Congress , in contemporary politics, first learn to punch real hard. Like opposition did in case of FDA & Lokpal. These pygmy punches are not in line with image of Mrs. Gandhi and further tarnish image of Congress..
Anna campaign, cleverly rode on the genuine grievance of Indians against deep rooted and widespread corruption at every level in the administration. This campaign was always suspect in the minds of discernible & reasonable Indians, as the campaign cleverly left out from its radar corruption in corporate India and the media. These exclusions were planned and deliberate in order to garner fund and publicity. Had the media been in the radar of the campaign, 24x7 coverage and publicity would not have been there and there would not have been undeserving publicity it got. It does not need any space science to understand what benefits have been derived by keeping the corporate India out of the radar.

Anna need not make a move due to his low blood pressure and possibly affecting his kidney´s which would be in jeopardy, if he will be doing any strenuous activities and hardships. His manifesto could be relied through his team to the peoples who are going to poll in the five states on the dates which have been declared by the Election Commission. The EC should be looked into the matter of the selection of election contestant who should be corruption free and should not have been involved in any criminal cases. The congress party could loose its electorates due to the ongoing countless corruption scandals and Anna´s Lokpal Bill which is fighting against them to eradicate corruption.

Dear members IAC; take this challange;campaign against congress and other corruot leaders; because it is fight for the peole by the people; if they will support; voice against corruption will get louder; if people will not support leave the movement here as thinking that we are not yet ready to fight against these corrupt people. Concetrate the campaign in the area where litracy is high i.e. in Urban areas.
