Let me remind the Congress here that it was the Congress's decision to let go of terrorists in the kidnapping case of Rubbaiya in Kashmir that led to so much violence in the valley. we all know how congress is lethargic in dealing with terrorism. maulana mahsud azhar was only freed by the BJP under tremendous pressure from every quarters but it is the wrong policies of congress that created militancy in many parts of the country. we must stop blaming each other for this. we must take some strong steps to curb this menace.we must agree on the topic that india needs to be freed from terrorism.

Cong and BJP both have a horrible track record - so instead of blaming each other, as the 2 biggest parties, be responsible and work with each other. We have inherent weaknesses and we tend to forget any incidents rather quickly. We also fail to learn from our past mistakes. Our intel organizations have to be ramped up and pulled up if we cannot detect threats. SIMI, HuJI - should have been finished by now - they have been active for the past 10 years - what are the police and Intelligence agencies upto.
