New Delhi, February 26
Delhi beat Uttarakhand 2-0 in their second match of the All India Football Federation under-14 football festival being played in Goa. According to information reaching here, Kislay Singh Sajwan and Michael Chongthu scored a goal each for the winners. Keeping his reputation intact, skipper Sajwan controlled the game very well and opened the account for Delhi in the first session. Later, Chongthu added to the tally to seal the fate of Uttrakhand.
Earlier, Karnataka held Delhi 1-1. Karnataka trailing 0-1 at the break, managed to score just in the nick of time to give a jost to Delhi.
