The bombing of the Indian embassy in Kabul has the hallmarks of a particular intelligence agency that has a record of attacks in Afghanistan, a government spokesman said on Tuesday.

"Everything has the hallmarks of a particular intelligence agency that has conducted terror attacks in Afghanistan in the past," Humayun Hamidzada told a new conference a day after an attack which killed 41 people.

"I am not going to name it. I think it is pretty obvious," he said.

World without pakistan is heaven. I do not think any one will miss pakistan, because what is their contribution to human race on the whole. But it is large market for WMD. World can do without pakistan.
