I sometimes wonder if the politicians even understand what they say. Just throwing words like "empower" and drawing simplistic conclusions makes me think that the political class will forever remain the same. The new generation is no different to the old one. All of them playing to the galleries and not one of them really want a solution.

I had to make this remark ignoring the stupidity of Rahul. Rahul is a day dreamer, we in Jammu and Kashmir are facing terroris for the last sixty years and there are plenty of village defense committees, army, paramillitary and state police,still innocent people are being anhilated . Recenty Mr. Rahul was in Kashmir valley and he addressed a public rally along with CM of Jammu and Kashmir Mr. Omar Abdullha and he didn't put forwarded this formula. It seems he is being utilized by a powerful group of sychophants in congress party for their personal interests and this Gandhi shall be sidelined soon after May 16 when Congress may not be able to form a collition. It is better for Madam Sonia Gandhi to tread carefully in the corridores of Congress party as many old timers are annoyed over the projection of Mr. Rahul as a possible second line candidate of the post of Prime Minister in future. I believe that democracy is not sustainable model for countries like India where votes are casted in the name of religion or for small personal advancement. Short term benefits thus obtained has given us ugly terrorism, corruption, nepotism, large reservation and low acceptance of other person’s beliefs.We all want better India, so let us try to be respectful toward each other, and let us learn to agree to disagree in polite manner. Let us not say those words which do not carry our relationship forward.Which party is more secular? May be it is Congress, although some of its member were burning Sikhs back in 1982. Can it be BJP; but they demolished Babri Masjid. Which one is next? All have some bad history. Let us choose that party which can bring sense of Indian identity (Indian identity is not religion biased), better rural education, justice system which delivers quick justice, better infrastructure, brings up the living standard of millions of Indian who live with may be one
