Rahul Gandhi has asked people to get rid of corruption through democratic means and through the political system. Democracy basically denotes for the people;by the people and of the people.By using all the means at its disposal-the CBI,the law;the police,the babus etc-the ruling party has been suppressing all attempts by the people demanding accountability from it. So where is your democracy Mr Gandhi? As far as the political system goes, it is totally and utterly corrupt. So where do people turn to? Apparently Rahul Gandhi has rose coloured glasses on everytime he looks at his party! Rahul sit down quietly in your house,ignore the views of your mum and your pals and reflect seriously on what is happening around you. Maybe that will give you some wisdom. The response to Hazare throughout India was not stage managed. It was spontaneous!It tells a story doesn't it?

When ANNA HAZARE is undemocratic then CORRUPTION of CONGRESS and UPA is democratic. The people of India has the authority to elect the MP, MLA, Minister´s and constitution of a cabinet and Govt., The same people of India should have the same authority to recall the elected MP,MLA,Minister´s, if and when they are tainted with corruption. Such reform is required to be adopted to follow the same procedure in every year and in every democratic Govt., of India after people´s elected politicians meant for to serve the people but not for the politicians themselves. What about the unprivileged people of India who was being governed by the privileged minister´s and politicians which system is already UNDEMOCRATIC where people has no privilege.

Presence of corruption at all level of our lives is well known by all of us. Lots of politicians under the shield of democracy are corrupt is also a well known fact. We do need to lagislate against corruption by democratic means but in order to implement those laws there will be also need to fight it socially and religiously as well. Since, culture of corruption is deeply rooted in the fabric of our society. Anna Hazare has awaken the conscience of the nation like never before against corruption that may called revolutionary.However, he has followed the Gandhian path that is enshrined in politics of our country. Anna has been recognized and respected all over the world for following the peaceful means to fight corruption.But, this is just a start. Long battle against corruption lies ahead and we should do the best we can to get rid of this menance.

Raul Gandhi is right when he says that "battle against corruption could be fought "only through political system". Because basically he don't want to fight against corruption. He and his cotory is expert in Looting India with all political and democratic means. One day they will sale India "only through political system".

Corruption eradication yes, but Hazare and his team simply fail to realize that their demands are Utopian. Hazare thinks that century old Gandhian practices will turn the tide. Democratic principles and practices require of one to participate in democratic institutions. This street gang 'Zorro and the fighters of evil' mentality is the bane of discourse and dialectics. Nothing stops him and his team mates from forming citizen charters to oversee bureaucratic practices. Nothing stops them from forming political parties and taking part in elections. Nothing stops them from overseeing political decisions and exposing corrupt practices. Hazare and his team have no practical solution apart from demanding the institution of unblemished individuals to oversee and bring the corrupt to task. His demands and threats can no longer be called Utopian, they are downright self-serving bigotry attempting to elevate himself to the level of a super person. He requires a dose of democratic fundamentals.

He needs to learn this once, that he should not play politics with corruption issue and he is no patch to Anna on corrutption issue, so let him not make comments which make him a lesser and lesser leader day by day. He is losing ground and he needs to accept that what Anna did is acceptable to majority population of India. If he doesn't learn this soon enough, he will lose whatever grounds he had built over so many years. Public just won't accept any comment on corrupotion from any leader of congress after the kind of bill they brought and the way they handled anna movement. I think Rahul gandhi is a confused man these days . When Anna was fasting he was not able to meet him and do any damage control , nor pass the Lok Pal Bill being so influensive . Day in day out , scams are coming out from the Congress Stable .What more is more democratic than a Fast , which is absolutely Gandhian in thinking . Rahul Bhai , pls try and be true to your conscience and accept that all corruption under UPA has been happening with the connivance of the Top office bearers. Amen.

Rahuls' comments appears to be naive. I doubt whether he really understood what the democratic systems are. In the name of these systems, Indira family has robbed the country. What Anna achieved is it due to undemocratic means? or the parties trying to flood electorate system with ill gotten wealth to climb on to power? First be honest to your core and bring back the money stashed abroad, then you will understand what democratic system should be.The moment Anna threatens you to put pressure on the government to get done the systemic surgery, does it means foul to you? Please refrain doing the same things again again. Please understand that you cannot stop corruption at any level. The common man suffers because of corruption at all levels. Even if the original Gandhi by the name Mr.Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is alive today, he would have taken the same path as that of Elders of present era. What sort of democracy you are trying to preach? One family ruled for most part of the years since Independence. The Congress Party is a trend setter to other regional parties as well to follow the family rule. It is now spreading even in Local Bodies upto Panchayat level. How do you expect a new comer to enter into politics, let alone contesting the elections.

Rahul Gandhi's remarks that corruption should be fought only through political system clearly shows that the government is not interested in weeding out corruption but to ensure that it remain for ever.The fight by citizens of India is against corruption and they will try to fight in their own way.When Anna Hazare is not expected to fight corruption in his own way, why Rahul Gandhi wants it to be fought only through political system is not understandable.

Most people think that Anna's support all over India was spontaneous. It seemed to be so well organised that I can't help thinking that the opposition party played a major role. BJP is desperate to get to power, and Anna is a convenient tool for them, specially at a time when the government is on the defensive. But why is Anna in a hurry. The democratic process takes time, though unlike in the past it looks like the Lokpal bill will be passed this time. If Anna is a true Gandhian he should remain neutral and not fight against any particular party or be sympathetic to any individual parties, because so far all political parties have been found to be corrupt and we shouldn't fancy that corruption will be removed if the BJP or some other party comes to power. I have a suggestion: Let each one of us try our best to be honest and be a good citizen of of our great country. It may take several generations to wipe out corruption, but let us start NOW and with ME.

Political system is one among the several sub-systems which one can make use of to bring changes in one or more of the other sub-systems in operation in the environment. Excepting the Nehru clan to which he belongs, Rahul Gandhi is not an intellectual nor does he have the necessary wherewithal to make us know what we do not know. If Anna Hazare's battle against corruption is labelled as 'undemocratic', then under which category Rahul Gandhi would bring many of the agitations spearheaded by the Father of the Nation against the British?One has to think twice before making comments. Congressmen have their own definition of words like corruption, democracy etc. Jagan Mohan Reddy suddenly becomes a bad boy only after he rebels against Congress. People like Ramdev, Anna Hazare become thugs when they go against the Congress. Now it is the turn of Subramaniam Swamy. Congress uses IB, CBI, ED and IT dept to harass the opponents. If only Karam Chand Gandhi stood his grounds and dissolved the Congress Party after independence, India might not have seen so much of corruption and nepotism.
