Former PSEB employee grilled in principal murder case

Jalandhar, January 14 Former Member (Generation) of the Punjab State Electricity Board H M Jain was today quizzed by the CIA staff, Jalandhar, in the sensational case of murder of KMV principal Rita Bawa.

It was learnt that finger and foot prints of Jain, who was the last person who had called up the deceased just before her death, were taken. The police said on the fateful day, Rita had met Jain at his residence. The police wanted to know what conversation took place between them. Jain was also asked to provide details of persons close to Bawa.

SP (City-I) SK Kalia, said nothing concrete has come out during the questioning.

Notably, during her visits to Delhi recently, Bawa had stayed at the residence of Jain and the police had hoped to get some clues from him.
