GGNIMT holds cricket tournament

Ludhiana, February 9 Gujranwala Guru Nanak Institute of Management and Technology (GGNIMT) organised a week-long inter class cricket tournament for the students of graduate and post graduate courses. The series was filled with fun and surprises, where the students showcased their talents.

The students of BCA sixth semester made an amazing run on the show, and went on to win the trophy with a score of 21. The students of MBA fourth semester were declared as runners up.

Gagandeep Bedi of MBA fourth semester was the man of the series. Aryan of BCA 6th A was declared the man of the final match.

A special match for the girls was organised by the college, and Navneet Kaur Vohra of BCA 6th was declared the best player. The Director of the institute, Kuldip Singh, congratulated the students and gave away the trophies and cash prize worth Rs 2,500 and Rs 1,500 to the winners and runners-up respectively.

Coordinator Gunwant Singh Dua said that such activities are important to break academic monotony.
