It is impractical to meet govt doctoer from my distant village and pursue him/them to sign on the form and many a times I have to face unwanted problems to have signature from govt doctor only. Besides in search of blood I use to move one town/district/state to other. Hence, the pass should issue for one year and between I can move any of the area by rail. Kindly pass on your approval. Since 2003-2004 rail budget had been offering concession to the attendant and thalassemia major patients though Madam Mamta did not mention it this time is that naturally covered under concession to cancer patients?
Every time while presenting the budget the Railway and Finance ministers make some promises but forget it soon after coming out of parliament.Specially the Railway minister announces trains etc but even after 1 years passage the train is no where to be seen.Last year Laloo Yadav promised a train from Gandhidham - Howrah but the announcement is yet to see the light of the day.So many surveys for gauge coversion or doubling are announced by Railway Minister but none is carried out.Every Railway minister only announces the majority of the trains from the region they belong.During Laloo yadays tenure 75%of the new trains announced, started or finished in Bihar, where as the earning potential of the region and traffic should be kept in mind while announcing trains.Gujarat has maximum potential to give revenue but lacks in introduction of new trains or lines as Gujarat has no wieghtage at central level.By what parameters such decisions are announced, people will definately like to know about.
