The 27-year-old Big Brother star was rushed to the Royal Marsden Hospital yesterday from the Essex hospice where she was being treated after she complained of stomach pain.
Goody's publicist Max Clifford said, "She has a great deal of pain from her tummy and they don't seem to be able to get it under control. She was sobbing and petrified. She was in absolute agony and obviously very frightened.
"She is going back to the Marsden. There's likely to be further surgery tonight or tomorrow," he added.
According to Clifford the doctors said that surgery was the best option to relieve her from the pain, the ‘Daily Mail’ reported.
"I think it's just to get her out of this awful pain that she is in. When I spoke to her she said she might need further surgery. She says they've explained things to her and that's what's likely to happen," he said.
The former reality TV star, who is terminally ill with cervical cancer, reportedly wants to get christened with her boys, Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4 as early as possible because her health is deteriorating rapidly.
Goody has also told her family and friends about her funeral plans.
Her close friend and bridesmaid Jennifer Smith told the News Of The World, "Jade has asked us to start planning the funeral. When I sighed and told her we didn't need to worry about that yet she said back firmly, 'No, no, we need to sort things out. I want to tell you what I want."

my heart goes out two jades family and are to boyes hope she as the last few hours to say goodbye to her babys than being in the paper every day we all understand that she doing it for her boyes and its loveley but now i think its time the papers should leave her alone now with her family and close friends as it just little time left god bless to jade and family and friends
