Los Angeles Actress Anne Hathaway, who has been nominated for the first time for the Oscars, wants her entire family to be present at the award ceremony.

The actress wants her family to be at her side in case she wins her first Oscar.

Hathaway has been nominated in the category of Best Actress category for her role in "Rachel Getting Married".

She will be competing with the likes of Angelina Jolie "Changeling", Melissa Leo "Frozen River", Meryl Streep "Doubt" and Kate Winslet "The Reader".

"I'm taking my dad. Hopefully, if I can squeeze a few more tickets, I'm going to see if I can take my brother and my mom. This is my first, maybe my only, time going. Hopefully not! My family is the most important thing in the world to me.

I definitely wanted them by my side," the star told 'People.com'.
