London Star all-rounder Andrew Flintoff has asserted that England team possesses all the 'ingredients', required for a successful side and to bounce back in the Test series against West Indies, all the players need to support each other little more.

England suffered a humiliating an innings and 23 runs defeat in the first Test and Flintoff said players need to move forward.

"Maybe we need to draw on one another a little more, help your mates out, help try and make this a successful side. We have all the ingredients of a successful side, but we need to mix them together," Flintoff said.

The second Test begins on Friday at the new Sir Viv Richards stadium and Flintoff feels more than technique it is the character test awaiting England batsmen.

"It is going to be a test now to see whether any doubts have crept in. It is a test of character. You can talk about technique in the nets but it is about how people respond in this game to what has happened [before]," Flintoff was quoted as saying by the 'Guardian'.

The pace bowling all-rounder also said that he was happy to play dual role of taking wickets and putting brakes on the scoring rate, saying "I run in with the new ball, but there are times, especially out here where you have to just sit in.

"You have to try and build pressure by stopping them scoring and keeping the run rate down. So there are two roles I have to play."
