A known history sheeter of NCR's Ghaziabad region, Nawal Kishore, has been killed in an encounter by the Noida police. Nawal Kishore, a resident of Ghaziabad's Lal Kuan area, has been shot dead by the Noida police near Kakrola village that falls under the Phase II of Noida district in Uttar Pradesh.

Ashok Tripathi, SP (city) of Noida, said that Nawal Kishore carried a reward of Rs 10,000 on his head. Tripathi informed that Kishore was wanted by the Ghaziabad police for his involvement in close to 14-15 cases of murder, rape and extortion, all of which were registered in Ghaziabad.
