A group of homeopaths launch a website that’s a window to physical and mental healing and introduces flower therapy to deal with lifestyle diseases

As more and more youngsters find themselves experimenting with e-health and self-medication owing to lack of time, one new website launched by a group of city-based homeopaths and scientists is attempting to draw young Indians towards homeopathy as well as holistic healing.

Reader-friendly and designed after extensive research, www.homeopathyone.in is a one-stop shop for both physical and mental healing, attempting to understand psycho-somatic correlations with psycho-neuro-endocrine system. But perhaps what will draw most people to the website is its introduction of Bach Flower Therapy.

“From the feedback that we get, it is interesting to know that many people, especially youngsters, are interested in Bach flower therapy. All my young patients come with a common problem — stress. And they all suffer from other problems that are a fallout of stress. The site helps one understand his or her core mental theme at that point of time,” says Dr Zubin Marolia, a consultant homeopath, holistic health therapist, Bach flower therapist and also a cancer therapist and one of those at the forefront of launching the website.

“Once a homeopath understands the detailed history of the patient and his or her family, he prescribes the exact flower therapy for the mental state he is in that reflects on the physical illness,” adds Dr Marolia. The site mentions 38 flowers and their remedial uses for different emotional states that could trigger a physical illness.

The website was launched on June 21 after over six months of extensive research through case studies from the doctors’ practice.

The site also talks about the mind-body connection and how it affects a person’s life without him or her even being aware of it. “There is great impact of unhealthy negative thought patterns on your physical and mental health. The site will also help you to make a critical distinction between normal feelings and the harmful ones caused by the frenetic modern culture and bad individual lifestyle choices,” says Dr Marolia.
