Mumbai, March 28: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan said that he admired both actors-- Aamir Khan as well as Shah Rukh Khan, refusing to say whom he preferred between the two.

"Aamir and Shah Rukh, both are very good actors and human beings. They are talented and are doing well," Bachchan said replying to a question on the controversy between the two (Aamir and Shah Rukh) as to who was on the top.

When asked if he felt that he was ‘No. 1’ Bachchan said that he did not figure anywhere between the two Khans for the numero uno position.

He was talking to the media on the sidelines of a function organised by the International Indian Film Academy.

Bachchan, also the brand ambassador for the IDEA IIFA Awards 2008, also cast the first vote for the nominations.

Amitabh is undoubtedly number one. The next closed one from Hindi film industry is Aamir. Shahrukh is far behind Aamir.

Amitabh is Amitabh. He is a great great actor. No one compares to him. Aamir is a good actor but Amitabh is class apart. He is elegance personified. SRK is just chocolate stuff. Rule of Khans!!!! This is just insane. All Khans on one side and still Amitabh beats them by a mile.If I could be Big B for a day, I would give my right arm for it.

What Mr Amitabh has achieved is unsurmountable andSRK and Aamir have yet to fathom the depth of the sea which Amitabh has already crossed.They are good but no community should take any credit for this.They were born Indians,and will continue to be Indians.SRK or Aamir were not born Muslims by choice,and even if they were born in any other community they would have achieved same heights because Soul does not have a religion.
