He is trained in classical piano but is passionate about rock and strumming the guitar. So it was no wonder that Saif Ali Khan got on stage with Parikrama on a winter’s evening to perform some rock and roll, as ladylove Kareena Kapoor cheered from the front row. With Parikrama’s Rhythm and blues and covers like Johnny be good and Smoke on the water, the concert, the grand finale of a 10-day Royal Stag Mega Music Tour, made for a thrilling experience. While Strings opened the act and set the tone for the evening with their numbers like Anjane and Ye hai meri kahani, they were soon followed by Parikrama, and star dust was sprinkled toward the end as Khan joined for a few tracks.
