A day before Team Anna starts its campaign in poll-bound states from Uttarakhand, it distributed four-page pamphlets attacking the Congress-led Central government. The pamphlet read, "Your vote can change the future of the country: Centre’s fraud".

The first page lists six “frauds” including Rahul Gandhi’s statement on constitutional status, Manish Tiwari’s allegations of corruption against Anna and the PM’s assurance of October 10 that made "Anna call off his Jan Jagran Yatra”.

On the disconnect between his stated position of not taking any anti-party stance and the title of the pamphlet, Arvind Kejriwal shot back: “Did the Centre not do a fraud? It cheated people, Parliament and the standing committee. The entire country saw it.”
