Hong Kong, October 16: India and Pakistan have been included in the same group of the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes event, and the arch-rivals will clash on day one of the event, beginning at the Kowloon Cricket Club here on November 8.

The Asian giants will bring the curtains down on the first day's action when they face off in a crucial Group encounter.

Eight teams have been divided into two groups of four and only two teams from each group would advance to the next stage.

Apart from India and Pakistan, the Bradman Group comprises England and South Africa.

"Any game between India and Pakistan is to be savoured. But what makes this clash even more mouth-watering is that there is every chance a place in the Cup will be at stake," said tournament director Mark Burns.

"If either team has the opportunity to knock the other out of the Cup, then we really can expect some fireworks," Burns added.
