Mumbai Actor-filmmaker Aamir Khan has supported India's initiative to put diplomatic pressure on Pakistan to destroy terror networks operating within its soil post the November 26 terror attacks in Mumbai.

"India should continue to put consistent and strong pressure on Pakistan and the world community should also do so. It is wrong to hold the people of Pakistan responsible for actions of some elements existing within that country," Khan said.

These elements are not only creating trouble in India but also in Pakistan. There is lot of warmth among the people of India and Pakistan and they should come together to destroy the elements responsible for such problems, the actor said while talking to reporters at the success party of his latest film 'Ghajini'.

Khan said earlier he was not aware that 'Ghajini' had released in Pakistan and was well received. "I am happy about it," he added.

Go work in films you idiot stop getting footage of dirty politics. We know your intentions. You were waiting for Gajini to release and make money and now he is out to protect jehadis. Right you crook can't be different. Ban all pakis totally and how did that stupid Prasenjit had the audacity to sing a paki song. audience get him out. No politics in singing. Who cares if Javed gets hostile. If he brings down contestants for not singing paki songs then he has no right to be earning millions for his dumb obsolete words. What has Bal Thakeray have to say to this marathi dude. No pakis not even their shadow on tv will be tolerated. The Indian activists better screen all movies etc. USA doesn't tolerated they have zeroed them and never let them step on their soil. Archana/Urvashi all those who boosted paki egos by being so sluttish should be made to pull their socks and behave before the viewers. They are being paid because of us. Please get rid of FART/Sajid/Farhan/Javed Akhtar/J Jafferey.

Aamir Khan on India-Pakistan relations by SHYAMALA B. COWSIK on 13 Jan 2009

Aamir Khan should not equate Pakistan, whose leaders plot and execute terror attacks in India, and India, the victim of Pak-sponsored terror. It is also a myth that Pakistani citizens are not hostile to India . Pakistanis have been, for decades, nurtured on a steady diet on anti-Indian schoolbooks and other propaganda, and there is NO indication that they were at all sorry about 26/11; a solidarity meeting in Lahore drew only 15 persons. We need not respond in kind, but we have to remember that such specious distinctions between the Pak authorities and the Pak people are tenous and misleading. In any case, even if the Pak people were well disposed towards India, of which there is NO proof, there have no power to change their country's policies. As for international diplomatic pressure on Pakistan, that won't work because for the West, what Pakistan does to India is not relevant, only the imaginary Pak role supporting the West in Afghanistan. We have to look after ourselves.
