“I have been advised by my friends to get the examination conducted as I may uncover some forensic evidence in that,” Fiona said outside the Goa Medical College and the hospital morgue, where she had come to collect the body along with her lawyer.
“It will be a detailed forensic examination which will run for three weeks,” Fiona, accompanied by her lawyer Vikram Varma, said.
However, she did not elaborate on further details about the hospital where the examination would be conducted and said, “It’s somewhere in England.” Scarlett’s body was taken to Mumbai earlier in the day, 37 days after she was found dead on Goa’s popular Anjuna beach on February 18.
Goa state authorities have already conducted two forensic examinations on the teenager’s body and two locals --- barman Samson D’souza and alleged drug dealer Placido Carvalho have been arrested for drugging and raping her before leaving Scarlett to die on the beach.
Fiona still remains skeptical about the tests in India and raised questions on as to why the viscera was preserved for so long and withheld from sending for examination either to Hyderabad or Mumbai.
“Will the reports from viscera send for examination after such a huge delay be accurate?,” she asked.
Also, Fiona concedes that the UK examination report may not have any relevance for the Indian investigators. “But I will do it for my satisfaction,” she said.

I wish SHE get the justuce soonMay GOD help her.
This is the relentless fight by a mother in a foreign country to bring out the stark relity of the police politician coverup which is worse than what we actually see in a bollywood movie. Its besides the point whether the poor girl had drugs, her mother was more busy touring the countryetc. What is the moot point is how Goan police, ministers etall try to coverup and spit only venom at the poor women for taking a fight. Wish her luck
GO AWAY
Number of inhuman incidents like rape are increasing day by day. This is only due to the outdated way in which the judiciary functions.NowadyaS nobody is afraid of law. When the Home Minsister or othe functionary of the police assures us that strict action will be taken against the crimnals as per the law, the criminal laughs heartily as he knows that this hollow threat really means that nothing will be done except filng a case in court which will take a dacade or so to decide in the matter. If the suspect is covicted by a lower court,by his bad luck, he can fight his case in higher forums of the Judiciary and see that the case remains undecided for as many years as he desires. ONLY TALIBANI SYSTEM OF QUICK JUTICE WILL PUT AN END TO SUCH HEINOUS CRIMES.HHANGING OF ONE RAPIST IN A PUBLIC PLACE WILL CREATE TERROR IN THE MINDS OF POTENTIAL RAPISTS.
