The team, which had stayed put in Sydney following the storm, travelled to Canberra on Wednesday for a three-day game ahead of the third Test beginning in Perth from January 16.
"It's nice to be playing cricket again. I look forward to this game (three-day Canberra game). It's important to move on", Kumble said.
"I think it's important to move on, cricket is larger than individuals and I respect that and it's important that we move on," he said.
"The focus for us is to ensure that we get the best possible out of this game," he said.
Looking back at the two days spent in Sydney, Kumble admitted it tested his side's patience.
"It's been tough, very difficult, because it's a very serious issue. The entire team is together in this. board is backing us fully, we are all with Bhajji, it's not easy but he seems to be in a good mood," he said.

kumble says correct the india have to move on.It is not personal but the international game.We have to win and show them the power of india.
WITH LITTLE ECONOMIC SUCCESS ,WHILE BEING IN ANOTHER COUNTRY SOME PEOPLE PROFESSING NON-VIOLENCE CAN BE SO ARROGANT, IDIOTIC AND FAIL TO SEE WHERE THEY ARE WRONG.
This is the only time India can show some courage and stand up on its own. America has money and guess what would happen if someone does the same to American team? We have a lot of cowards amongst us that pull back strong ones from taking actions. All these times we have been spineless and always talk of being nice. This is cowardice. If a strong one talks about forgiveness it means something. It does not mean darn thing if a coward talks about forgiveness. India, go all the way this time show the world you are not the same who slaved to whites.
Steve Bucknor made mistake by raising the pointing finger instead of middle finger when Australians appealed.
YES ANIL IS RIGHT. NOT OUR MOUTHS, BUT LET OUR BATS TALK,FIELDERS STOP AND BOWLERS BOWL THEM, ONLY THIS UNRULE MERCENARIES WILL TAKE NOTICE MORE PROPERLY.THEY WILL RESPECT US . ON THE OTHER HAND NOTE THAT SOUTHAFRICANS AND BRITISH CRICKETERS/CRITICS HAVE SIDED AUSTRALIA,NEWZEALAND WILL TAKE SAME LINE. SO HOPEFULLY INDIA WILL BE SUPPORTED BY PAK-SL-BANGLA-WI. IF NOT LET US STAND STRONG BY OURSELVES IN A DIGNIFIED MANNERS. NO RIOTING PLS. LET US MAKE ADVERSARIES AND NOT ENEMIES.
West Indies have already supported Australia you cowardly fools - the only support you have is via a cheque book. I'm pretty sure that the Pakis also hate you as well. Perhaps India should form a competition with Sri Lanka and Bangladesh - then they might actually win a game. Without having to try to hold the game to ransome
Move on, where, Anil Bhai? ICC has been ruled by white people for 130 years. It is time Cricket earns independence from the clutches of white Bosses. No bully ever realized that s/he is hurting others. Did British Raj realize this? may be on surface, but in the mind of vast majority of British, Indians are still slaves or children of slaves.
No Sir, Anil is right. He has made a point. Ponting is the worst sportsman, and he has been condemned. We harshly condemned everybody that insulted us.Even rioted unnecessarily, when the boys were handling it in Australia well.Ausies have now realised that they cant get away so easily. So did upmires who deliberately choose sides. At the same time, lets not forget somewhat dishonourable conduct by our crowds acting like a monkey when Symonds played in India.Crowds should not join. Our crowds misbaviour is responded in kind. Remember Shilpa? We have been victim of racism and lets not exercise it. We can and we did bring them to notice that they a wrong. Our Bhajji is there. This is enough.
My dear Kumble , please do not play the next test match unless Bhajji is cleared of all charges. I am very sure ICC will come back after the game
