Mumbai, February 16 As far as implementing projects under the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) is concerned, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has scored a zero again. According to the Monthly Information System (MIS) of the Urban Development Department, developed to track progress of civic bodies and agencies in implementing the projects, the MMRDA has been awarded a zero and 'F' grade in January as it was unable to start work on its ambitious Sahar Elevated Road and Eastern Freeway projects. The agency had scored a zero in the previous month too.

The Pune Municipal Corporation has topped the January results with 93 per cent score as compared to 28 per cent and F grade last month.

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), meanwhile, has managed to get 87 per cent and an A grade, as compared to 89 per cent last time. The Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has secured 85 per cent and A grade while it got 86 per cent and the same grade last month.

The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has secured 76 per cent with a B grade, as compared to 86 per cent and A grade last month. While the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) has scored 70 per cent and C grade, the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) scored 69 per cent with a C grade as compared to 75 per cent and a B grade last month.

The Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation has managed to complete just 15 per cent of its works and has hence secured F grade like last month, when it scored just 10 per cent.
