London Soul legend Diana Ross has been named the guardian of Michael Jackson’s children, if the late King of Pop’s mother is not able to look after them.

According to Jackson’s five-page will registered in Los Angeles County Superior Court, his 303 million pound estate was to be left in a trust for his kids, Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven.

The documents said that the icon’s estate consisted almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities."

Jackson’s mother, Katherine, 79, was named the carer for the three youngsters, while Ross, 65, his mentor, is to be their back up as a guardian, reports the Telegraph.

Three associates for the King of Pop, attorney John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel, were also named co-executors of the will.

The document further confirmed no provisions had been made for Jackson’s former wife Debbie Rowe.

The Jackson family have not announced any funeral plans yet, and are yet to reveal where the singer may be buried.
