Mumbai, August 19: Reality show Bigg Brother star and participant of the Indian version Bigg Boss, Jade Goody has been diagnosed with "cancer of the womb" and been withdrawn from the television show, a UK based tabloid has reported.

Goody received the news on Tuesday and is flying back to London for treatment, The Sun, UK has reported. She had undergone hospital tests earlier this month after she collapsed four times, it is said.

"But she decided to get into Bigg Boss to try to make amends after being accused of racism on last years Celebrity Big Brother," the report states.

Bigg Boss, Season II, is being hosted by Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, who was allegedly racially abused by Goody in the 2007 series of Big Brother in UK.

Jade, from Upshire, Essex, was tested for bowel cancer in 2006 and ovarian cancer in 2004, but was given all-clear both times.
