London TV reality star Jade Goody, who is battling cervical cancer, has lost all her hair after chemotherapy.

The 27-year Goody was in tears when most of it fell out over the weekend.

The former Big Brother star is now covering her head with a scarf, the ‘Sun’ reported .

"It's a tough time. Jade knew it would happen but nothing really prepares you. Her hair had started to thin, but all of a sudden it just came out and gave her a real shock.

She feels very unwell due to the treatment and is generally low," a close friend of Goody said.

Goody, who is a mother of two children, had a hysterectomy last September after she was diagnosed with cervical cancer.

She was in India at that time to participate in the Indian version of 'Big Brother' but had to leave the show to return to UK for the treatment.

The star became a household name for allegedly bullying Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty at Big Brother house in 2007.
