The 21-year-old is due in court Thursday for sentencing after he was found guilty of assaulting a taxi driver last month.
If magistrates decide to jail him he will miss the former Big Brother star’s funeral.
“After all he has been through, the last thing he wants is to miss the funeral. He wants to say goodbye to Jade and be with her friends and family when she is buried,” the ‘Mirror’ quoted a friend, as saying.
Tweed is now praying his lawyers can persuade magistrates to postpone sentencing until after the funeral.
“He is desperately trying to get the hearing postponed. He’s doing everything he can to get it put back until after the funeral,” the friend said.
Jade’s mum Jackiey said: “Jack is holding on tight, bless him. He’s honestly the best husband she could ever have had.”

My thoughts and prayers go to Jack, the two boys, friends and all the rest of Jades family and this terrible time but at least Jade is no longer in pain and is watching over everyone from heaven and she has left a great legacy for all women to get tested and not to put off getting a smear test.
JADE'S HUSBAND REMAIN BESIDES HER TILL THE LAST BREATH OF HER. GOD WILL BLESS HIM AND HE WILL ATTAIN HER FUNERAL. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH THEM. MAY HER SOUL REST IN PEACE. AMEN.
R.I.P Jade we are all thinking of you
