Informs an onlooker who was present at the venue, "The question shocked her. Just a few minutes back, she had patiently handled queries regarding her professional life. She had also commented around wearing a bikini in ‘Tashan’ and now ‘Kambakht Ishq’ mainly because the 'script demanded it'. Though averse to doing so in future projects, she admitted that she would keep the subject and story in mind and would do 'anything' that is required by the script."
Though it was a diplomatic stand on affairs, things went a little too far when an over zealous reporter popped the question - 'Would you mind going nude for a role?' "This was it", adds the source, "Kareena lost her cool at that very moment and rather than choosing to blast the reporter and create a scene, she simply aborted her stay at the press conference. The flabbergasted reporter didn't know what hit her. The event coordinator too felt disgusted about the entire incident and found himself in trouble as this situation was totally unforeseen."
The source continues, "There were problems for Kareena from the very beginning of the event. First and foremost the chosen venue itself wasn't conducive enough to handle a large media that had assembled. Around 100 odd reporters and journalists had gathered in a room that wasn't large enough to host a mega celebrity press conference like this. With the claustrophobic venue not helping the cause enough, queries like these were enough for Kareena to blow her fuse."
For media and the film, director Sabbir Khan came to rescue though. He handled the situation well by staying on at the venue and continued to interact with the reporters. "Yes, Kareena was justified in walking out but Sabbir too did all to ensure that promotion of ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ didn't get impacted", says a fellow reporter, "He realises that the film is just a few days away and didn't want any bad blood to spoil the show. He had a thin rope to walk on and did pretty well in rescuing the event from turning into a complete disaster."

kareena is wrong because no director/ producer can force her, neither scripts requirement can force her to go nude. This is only what she desires for fame and money. By the way script really does not need the actors to play sex scenes nor going nude, it is the demand created to cell the movies, thats all.
Some people tend to belive that acting is not real, even if they go NUDE. Kareena did nude scenes(almost) in her recent movie, so why get angry?? She thinks she is a moral person?? Such a hypocrite.
she could have just brush off that Q saying that there are no scripts in our society which really need to go totally nude except the created need of the directors/producers to sell sex, the 'eternal weakness' of man, to the ticket window to mint money, their only God, Friend and Philospher. Kareena, plz don't lose your cool in future . .

Kareena has been given a wide space by the media to say and do whatever she wants to without any chastigation. She can act any wat she wants, say anything she wants and she's still the pristine girl of the bollywood film industry. Why is it that Mallika Sherawat is gets nasty media comments for her barely there clothes but Kareena is commended for being nearly nude on the basis of artistic endeavour? Double standards should be done away with. I find no difference between Kareena, Priyanka, Bipasha, Rakhi Sawant, Mallika Sherawat, Shilpa Shetty, aishwarya or anyone elase who wears barely there outfits!

Why are such questions asked to Kareena and not any other actress? Go figure...
To chanakya, before blaming the reporter can you explain the borderline? If Kareena can freely speak about going in a bikini, what is so offensive in the word "nude"? In fact most of our press reporters are too soft and they are capable of asking only irrelavant silly questions to politicians and the so-called celebrities.
When she can rome with S. Ali, a muslim with multiple affairs, inspite of knowning he is married have two grown up childrens, I mean what is to be so angry about.
Miss Kareena can do anything for money. Prostitutes are better than heroines. Prostitues are doing for earning day to day meals but heroines are doing only for money. Heroines are no religion, they are menat for money doing anying without socialism. In history Amrapali was also a heroine and dancer, she was doing socialigy but why our heroines are not doing socialism, they want only money, they are traiters.
Kareena threw a tantrum by withdrawing herself from the press meet of "Kambakhat ishaq".Normally such a silly question should not be asked but to save from embarrassment kareena could have simply replied the question instead of going away in a huff. Actresses should be treated normally and The press knows it well.
Absolutely well deserved question to the Drama Queen. If she can comment that she can do any thing if the role demands so( we all know it's all about money after all), then why can't she clear her postion to that particular query? Its very wary to find few sections of media are very sympathetic to Kareena in their tone. If she can spoil the Indian value flaunting her pre-marital relationship with Saif Ali Khan, then who's going trust her she won't do it in future for money. And for God's sake stop blaming media, it's the readers and audience who takes special interest in this kind of story.
While most of the reporters take their job quite seriously, there some bad sheep who just can not stop themselves from playing spoil sport. What was the need for this so called reporter to hurl such abusive questions ? One need not throw stones to hurt, even bad language can hurt people more severly than stones. Reporter should understand that at the end of the day he/she was talking to another human being and not lifeless objects.
Whats a big deal if she was asked such a question? She loves to do all that.. we all know !! Common, if she gets to sign a hollywood film and the script demands she will do it. And lastly when she can openly sleep with Saif Ali without being married after dumping Shahid then.. what kind of a character is she portraying in front of the media..please excuse me!

The Indian woman may be professional,actress,engineers are by nature modest. The Press should have some guidelines or limits (Laxman Rekha) which should not be crossed. Two important organs of Indian democracy Press and judiciary are fast turning into hypocrats. These two needed for more guardians of the society but they are fast turning into evils.An actress is a daughter,sister,wife,mother . She has a society. Had the press woman thought of that she never would have asked such a silly question.The press woman should be debarred from the industry for challenging the woman modesty and too being a woman.
Why do we raise our voice now only to speak against a country like Pakistan or when we have to defend our choices against USA. But when we have defend our Culture and heritage we forget that we are still Indians .Why these double standards? Its a real shame that a female reporter should ask such a question in public?
