Kaushik, Yadav, Gill among 17 to get President’s Police Medal

Chandigarh, January 25 Punjab ADGP (Security) Anil Kaushik, Intelligence Wing DIG Gaurav Yadav and Patiala Range DIG Paramjit Singh Gill are among the 17 Punjab Police officers who have been selected for the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service this year. They will receive the awards at the Republic Day function tomorrow.

Kaushik and Gill have been selected for President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service.

Among the officers who will get the President’s Medal for Meritorious Service are DIG, Intelligence, Gaurav Yadav; DIG, Administration, Harpreet Singh Sidhu; DIG, Training Kuldeep Singh and SP (Detective), Moga, Lashkar Singh.

Inspector Mohinder Kaur, Inspector Gurjit Singh, Sub-Inspector (SI) Brahma Nand, SI Kulwant Singh, SI Sarabjit Paul, SI Lal Mohammad, SI Inderpal Singh, SI Gian Singh, SI Bachittar Singh, Assistant Sub-Inspector Major Singh and Head Constable Joginder Ram have been selected for Police Medal for Meritorious Service.
