When will Dravid and Laxman learn to exit as gracefully as Gavaskar?

It will be a learning experience for Vijay Mallya. He will learn that a batsman with a huge ego does not does not necessarily equate to a good captain. As the series against India demonstrated, Kevin Pietersen is a mediocre captain at best.

Perhaps he would have tried to avoid the mistakes of the last season.Now anyway being devoid of the burden of the captancy, he can perform well as a player.
