Kardashian, who got voluntarily into fisticuffs with a fan at the Commerce Casino in California, was punched in the face and had a black eye when the fight ended.
She had tweeted her fears to fans before the bout, when she had confessed being "sooo scared".
Her stepdad Bruce Jenner and brother Robert also received punches in the name of charity and shared the losers’ bench with Kardashian.
Robert even needed medical attention for a concussion.
"We literally had three days of training to prepare for the event. We didn't expect what happened," Contactmusic quoted Kardashian as writing on her blog.
"I knew I had to do it (fight) for charity, since that's what it was all about, but man, my girl could throw a punch!"
She added: "Rob is doing fine now and my black eye will be gone soon... I hope."

I knew about this filming for the charity event with the Jenner/Kardashian family. Kim was very good & has good spirit. Her sister Khloe said that she would not do it, and she did not complete her part of the contract. I did not see her stepfather Mr. Bruce Jenner even fight too. I did see Robert Kardashian, the brother, was not looking well. Glad to know he is better.
