Los Angeles 'Twilight' beauty Kristen Stewart is unfazed by reports linking her to co-star Robert Pattinson as she has realised that there is nothing she can say to stop the gossip.

The two on-screen lovers of the superhit vampire drama have been romantically linked since the first film in the franchise was released last year.

The rising stars have both denied the romance rumours but the gossip has again reached fever pitch as fans await the film's sequel, 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon'.

Stewart and Pattinson have spent much of 2009 dismissing reports of a romance, but the actress has started to realise all efforts to kill the story are futile, reported Entertainment Weekly online.

"There is no answer that is not going to tip you one way or the other. Think about every hypothetical situation, 'OK, we are. We aren't. I'm a lesbian.'," said the actress.

And she has a problem with fans who insist Stewart owes them the truth about all personal matters.

"I know that people are really funny about, 'Well, you chose to be an actor, why don't you just give your whole life away? Can I have your firstborn child?'" she said.
