London Pop star Lady Gaga has paid tribute to her loyal fans by getting a new tattoo on her arm.

The 'Poker Face' hitmaker has got the words "Little Monsters" inked on her right forearm on Monday as a dedication to all her loyal devotees, reported Contactmusic.

"Look what I did last night. Little Monsters forever, on the arm that holds my mic," the singer wrote on her Twitter page.

The 24-year-old star's thankful gesture towards her fans comes after she picked up two trophies at the Grammy Awards this year.

Gaga also opened the ceremony along with music legend Elton John and was so overwhelmed that she cried before appearing onstage.

She now wants to buy the 300,000 pounds worth piano she played with John at the show.
